Position: Calgary HR Coordinator at H 2 O Innovation
Support the HR functions of H 2 O Innovation as the HR Coordinator in Calgary. This position is critical for providing administrative and operational HR support for Western Canada.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will act as the primary liaison for HR and payroll processes across various field projects. Your duties include local recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining compliance with labor laws while ensuring operational efficiency for team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage local recruitment activities and documentation

• Facilitate successful onboarding of new hires

• Validate employee timecards and resolve payroll issues

• Track employee training and attendance records

• Assist with client billing and local procurement tasks

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience

• Experience in FIFO or industrial environments is an asset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Occasional travel to project sites required
