As a key member of Clio’s Global Talent Acquisition team, you'll join a company transforming legal AI technology. This role is a 12-month fixed-term position involving full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, necessitating collaboration with leaders to meet aggressive hiring targets and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment for technical roles across various locations
• Work closely with hiring managers to devise effective strategies
• Engage creatively with potential candidates using multiple channels
• Present Clio with authenticity and professionalism
• Fulfill additional duties as required
Requirements:
• Full-cycle recruiting expertise, preferably in tech
• Knowledge of Canadian tech community specifics
• Track record of achieving recruitment targets
• Consultative and strategic recruiting approach
• Proficient using diverse talent sourcing methods
