As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic and experienced Recruitment Lead to help shape our workforce and drive talent strategies that support business success.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, and is passionate about recruitment and building high-performing teams. You'll play a key role in workforce planning, project mobilizations, recruitment strategy, and the continuous evolution of our talent acquisition function. You'll work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and operational teams to ensure we attract and hire the talent needed to support our projects and growth objectives.

We're looking for a strategic recruitment professional who combines leadership capability with hands‑on talent acquisition expertise. This is a full‑time, permanent, in office position.

Job Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team, fostering a collaboration and exceptional service delivery.

Provide strategic leadership for full-cycle recruitment across executive, senior leadership, professional, technical, skill trades and critical positions.

Develop workforce attraction and recruitment strategies that addresses talent requirements.

Partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and support hiring plans aligned with business priorities.

Lead recruitment support for project mobilizations, growth initiatives, and large-scale hiring programs.

Leverage labour market intelligence and hiring recommendations to strengthen talent pipeline strategies.

Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Drive recruitment operational excellence through process improvements, governance and reporting

Identify recruitment process gaps and lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of standardized tools, templates, workflows, and controls.

Provide strategic support for complex and hard-to-fill searches through proactive sourcing and talent engagement strategies.

Build strategic external partnerships with educational institutions and industry networks.

Job Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Demonstrated experience leading recruitment delivery in complex, fast-paced or project-based environments.

Proven experience recruiting across diverse talent segments.

Experience leading workforce planning, large-scale hiring initiatives, and project-based recruitment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and hiring compliance.

Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to coach and develop teams, influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Experience improving and leveraging recruitment systems, reporting, automation, tools and standardized operating processes.

Ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions, collective-agreement environments and geographically dispersed work locations.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.
