Recruiter and Administrative Support Specialist

Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation is hiring a full-time Recruiter based in Calgary, Alberta. This dual-role emphasizes recruitment and administrative support to facilitate Western Canada operations.

As an integral part of the Operations team, you'll support recruitment and onboarding processes while ensuring administrative tasks are executed efficiently. Building relationships with internal stakeholders will enable you to meet diverse hiring needs effectively. Your contributions will directly impact team growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with HR to assess hiring needs across operations

• Screen and vet candidates to match roles

• Coordinate onboarding resources and new hire processes

• Maintain organized, accurate recruitment records

• Provide operational and administrative support to teams

Requirements:

• Preferred education in Administration, HR, or Logistics

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar recruiting role

• Background in security or investigations highly regarded

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency
