This management role focuses on driving talent acquisition for Pursuit, ensuring operational recruiting needs are met effectively. You will balance people leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with operational teams. Your goal is to maintain a robust talent pipeline while fostering innovation in recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment across various fields from hotels to attractions
• Deliver high-volume recruiting for seasonal and year-round hires
• Collaborate with operational leaders to guide hiring practices
• Oversee hiring metrics and recruitment progress
• Propose and implement strategic improvements in processes
Requirements:
• At least 7 years in talent acquisition, specializing in high-volume
• 3+ years of management experience with a focus on development
• Strong partnership with hiring leaders across multiple locations
• Experience using Workday Recruiting and Paradox AI preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
