Servus Credit Union Workforce Consultant

Shape workforce strategies as an Organizational Design and Workforce Planning Consultant at Servus Credit Union. This hybrid role requires presence in Calgary, Edmonton, or Red Deer, focusing on enhancing organizational efficiency and alignment.

As part of the People and Culture team, you will report directly to the Director of Culture and Employee Experience. You’ll be tasked with developing and managing workforce planning initiatives that anticipate future talent needs and support organizational redesign efforts. Engage with a forward-thinking team committed to community values and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve organizational structures for strategic goals

• Develop talent acquisition and skills gap strategies

• Support change initiatives with an understanding of best practices

• Deliver educational content for leadership on design principles

• Conduct workforce gap analyses to forecast needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years in organizational design and planning

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Preferred certification in HR-related fields

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
