Position: Dynamic HR Recruitment Specialist
Elevate our recruitment efforts as an HR Recruiter, focused on managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Drive a positive candidate experience while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an Oil & Gas setting. You will be responsible for identifying staffing needs and developing job descriptions along with the HR supervisor. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential in a role that thrives on managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates

• Attract talent through networking and social media

• Conduct reference checks and support the hiring process

• Maintain updated recruitment records and comply with laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• 1-3 years of HR or recruitment experience

• Knowledge of Canadian recruitment best practices

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
