Become a Human Resources Coordinator at Bennett Jones, supporting our Calgary office operations in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and wellness event planning.
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the HR team’s daily operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include facilitating recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS. By fostering an organized workplace, you'll play a key role in the success of our HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial screening and interviews for candidates
• Assist with onboarding and prepare necessary documentation
• Manage updates in employee lifecycle changes accurately
• Coordinate employee wellness and benefits initiatives
• Review and support payroll processes as needed
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or similar
• Minimum five years of HR experience, preferable in legal settings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
