Drive HR initiatives at White Cap as a Human Resources Manager. This leadership position focuses on developing staffing strategies and enhancing associate relations.
In this role, you are tasked with implementing innovative HR programs and analyzing data for informed decision-making. Work directly with management to improve performance across divisions and integrate policies during acquisitions. You’ll also play a key role in fostering a collaborative environment by addressing associate concerns and implementing necessary training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with staffing for business recruitment efforts
• Facilitate development of divisional performance enhancement
• Integrate HR policies into acquisition processes
• Build internal partnerships for issue resolution
• Implement training programs to ensure legal compliance
Requirements:
• Required BS/BA in related fields
• Minimum of 7 years in related HR roles
• Certification may be advantageous
• Advanced degrees can substitute for some experience
• Available for travel 20% to 50% of the time
