Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate practicum placements aligning with career goals
• Design and implement résumé writing and interview preparation activities
• Foster relationships with community and business stakeholders
• Analyze and present labor market data
• Maintain career progression records for alumni
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years as an Employment Counsellor
• Strong marketing and project management skills
• Proven ability in building employer connections
• Goal-oriented and committed to inclusivity
