You will lead a team dedicated to improving connection and recognition across multiple locations. This position will work closely with various stakeholders to celebrate achievements and align employees with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop employee experience programs enhancing culture and connection
• Coach and guide a team responsible for workplace support
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and executives for cohesive experiences
• Organize significant events, town halls, and recognition efforts
• Assess employee feedback to drive improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in employee engagement or similar roles
• Experience in team leadership and performance management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
