Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with hiring leaders to discuss recruitment strategies

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively

• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate suitability

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles

• Provide insights and updates to hiring stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3 or more years in talent acquisition or recruitment

• Demonstrated strong interviewing and negotiation skills

• Experience with multiple sourcing methods

• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings

• Knowledge of recruitment within transportation is advantageous
