As the first HR and Talent Acquisition Partner, you will handle full recruitment cycles, counsel clients, and nurture talent pipelines. Collaboration with our Quebec team ensures you have robust support for adapting processes to local needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR and recruitment for a diverse Alberta client base

• Manage all stages of recruitment from intake to offers

• Advise on compensation and employment standards

• Build a talent pipeline through innovative sourcing

• Track recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in HR or recruitment environments

• Successful experience in filling specialized roles

• Background in client relationship management

• Familiarity with Alberta employment standards

• CPHR designation is advantageous
