Practicum Coordinator

ABM College is currently looking for a highly competent, energetic, and exceptionally motivated Practicum Coordinator.

• Find practicum placements for the students and alumni.
• Devise, organize and manage professional development strategies for the students and alumni, like job search strategies, resume writing (individual or group setting), and preparing for job interviews and others.
• Establish linkages with community groups and agencies, businesses, industry and other organizations as potential employers.
• Collect labor market information about job opportunities, skill requirements, and other occupational information.
• Maintain accurate records of alumni's employment.
• Perform general recruitment and administrative duties.

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree graduate (HR, Social Work, Marketing, Psychology, Project Management).
• At least 2 years work experience as Employment Counsellor / Recruiter in a recruitment agency.
• Strong marketing and project management skills.
• Proven records of establishing linkages to the employers and employment of the clients.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Result oriented.
