Overview:
Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Calgary office is actively hiring for an HR Intern to join the team. This position reports to the Supervisor, People Program Execution in the Human Resources Service Unit (HSU), part of Pembina’s Corporate Services Division. This role plays an integral part in ensuring that HR can deliver on its strategic objectives by working across the department to support key initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

This position will support three main teams:
Talent Programs Execution, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Services in the Human Resources Service Unit (HSU).

This is a 12-month co-op term starting in January 2027.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Perform role‑specific responsibilities such as coordinating learning and leadership programs, assisting with cyclical Talent Program execution, supporting summer student recruitment activities, responding to employee and leader inquiries through Service Now, maintaining knowledge resources, executing employee lifecycle transactions in Success Factors, and identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes through AI, automation, and digital solutions. This may also include participating in a project and presenting outcomes or learnings at the end of the term;

Support day‑to‑day work and learning activities related to the team or function, using tools such as Success Factors, SharePoint, Pembina’s Intranet, Service Now, Microsoft Office, Copilot/ChatGPT, and other applicable systems;

Support Pembina’s safety culture of “Zero by Choice” by caring for yourself and others and following Pembina’s Life Saving Rules at all times;

Qualifications:

Enrollment in a post-secondary program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field would be considered an asset.…
