This role focuses on front-line HR support for our busy Corporate Retail Stores. As part of your responsibilities, you will provide coaching to managers on performance management and corrective actions, while also mediating conflicts to foster a conducive work atmosphere. Leveraging your HR expertise, you will help guide critical people-related decisions that align with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support employee relations and handle HR inquiries
• Mediate conflicts effectively to ensure resolution
• Coach District and Store Managers on HR matters
• Review employee accommodation requests for well-being
• Propose options for business challenges through HR insights
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a retail HR role
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in HRMS/HCM systems, Workday is a plus
• Relevant post-secondary education in HR or Business
