Key Responsibilities:

• Develop leadership experiences and participant training tools

• Facilitate leadership and strategic effectiveness sessions

• Perform assessments and formulate actionable recommendations

• Contribute to consulting engagements with design and diagnostics

• Advance innovative learning methodologies across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline;
Master's preferred

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience

• Strong insight translation and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate in English and French

• Asset: background in change management and coaching
