Responsibilities Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide full-cycle recruitment support, including strategy development, direct sourcing, and reporting.
Lead execution of core HR programs such as performance management, compensation, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Support HR strategy, services, policies, and programs for manufacturing operations in Calgary and Victoria.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years management experience, preferably site experience.
Experience in organizations undergoing multiple acquisitions (2-3 annually).
Experience in a dynamic growth environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Nice to Have Manufacturing/Aerospace experience.
