DIRTT Director of Organizational Development

This essential position reports to the SVP, Talent and focuses on executing organizational effectiveness strategies across various sectors. You will lead initiatives such as change management and performance assessment, ensuring that DIRTT remains a leader in adaptable environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee organizational design to meet business objectives

• Partner with leaders on change management and workforce discussions

• Monitor performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions

• Develop succession planning frameworks enhancing leadership

• Strengthen engagement and promote a collaborative culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years in organizational leadership or HR functions

• Experienced in managing enterprise-wide organizational changes

• Bachelor's degree and CHRP designation required

• Strong facilitation and strategic insight skills

• Ability to collaborate with senior management effectively
