Responsibilities
Prepare HR documents includingreports, employment confirmations, leave forms,promotions,transfersand other documents
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Respond to employee inquiries on topics like leave policies, address updates, and general HR matters
Maintainweekly HR reports tracking departures and key metrics
Update HR systems, dashboards, and forms
Coordinate exit interviews by sending questionnaires, updating records, and liaising with the HR team
Support documentation and improvement of HR processes and practices
Audit employee records and reporting structures to ensureaccurateorganizational charts
Assistwith occupational health and safety communications and follow-ups
Help manage work permit and visa applications
Contribute ideas for process improvements and support HR initiatives
Collaborateand contributeon various HR projects and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’sdegree,amaster’sdegree,orapost graduatecertificateinhumanresources
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office, Excel, and Power Point
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy
Proactive,flexibleand collaborative mindset
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Written andspoken French knowledge is an asset
