In this role, you will support SAIT students and alumni as they navigate career challenges and opportunities. By delivering individual consultations and group workshops, you will facilitate skill development and job readiness. Collaborating with academic and industry partners, you will guide talent through the evolving job market landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer one-on-one advising to enhance career strategies
• Lead workshops on interview techniques and job search tools
• Research current labour market trends and best practices
• Build connections with local employers for job placements
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of career resources
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields
• 3-5 years in career advisement or human resources
• Career Development Practitioner Certificate preferred
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Proven experience building strong relationships with stakeholders
