Undergraduate degree and 2 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceGeneral knowledge of Human Resources programs and processes such as total rewards, talent acquisition, or HR information and systemsPrevious Workday and Service Now experience are an assetAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationAbility to work closely with leaders and provide support on HR transactionsMust be highly detail-oriented, organized and accurateAbility to deal with deadlines and conflicting prioritiesCommitment to providing exceptional customer service through adherence of service level agreements and effective communicationCollaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindsetDon’t have all the qualifications listed? Responsibilities:
Support leaders and employees with HR transactions and ensure compliance with established practises and proceduresPerform end-to-end transactional work in Workday and Service NowFacilitate and execute leader-initiated transactions such as new hires, transfers, terminations and paymentsFacilitate and execute organizational transactions such as position creation, org creation, and cost centre changesProvide timely and accurate information to employees and leaders on HR processes and programsParticipate in special projects as requiredLocation and other key details:
This is an office-based role. You will work out of the Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to FridayOur business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of workThink we are a fit?
