Pason is seeking a 12-month temporary HR Generalist to support employee relations and HR operations. You will be responsible for guiding teams, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Coach leaders on performance management and conflict resolution

• Maintain accurate data in HRIS and ensure compliance

• Manage employee lifecycle documentation and records

• Conduct exit interviews and provide analytical reports

• Support HR projects and initiatives for ongoing improvements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR experience in generalist roles

• Knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices

• Experience with HRIS, preferably UKG

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters
