Human Resources Business Partner

Build trusted workplace relationships as a Human Resources Business Partner in Calgary, using recruitment and employee relations expertise. This 12-month contract is based in Calgary, Alberta.

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will support leaders, employees, and departments across a broad HR generalist portfolio. Your work will span full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. You will also contribute to reports, process improvement, and organizational initiatives while balancing competing priorities independently.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from postings through employment offers
• Provide daily HR guidance to managers and employees
• Support employee relations and performance management processes
• Prepare HR reports and statistical data
• Improve HR processes, efficiency, and service delivery

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum five years of HR generalist experience
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Microsoft Office and HR systems proficiency
