Area Human Resources Administrator

Support human resources administration for Securitas through recruiting, benefits administration, and confidential personnel records. This role is based in Western Canada.

The Area Human Resources Specialist performs general HR administrative and clerical functions for assigned offices. Responsibilities include hiring processes, initial training, new associate orientation, and entering information into automated resource systems. The position also supports payroll, reporting, licensing, and human resources projects.

• Assist with recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring, and orientation
• Prepare Province security applications and issue guard cards
• Maintain confidential personnel files and applicant logs
• Administer benefits and assist with payroll reconciliation
• Compile personnel data and prepare computer-generated reports

• High school diploma or G.E.D. and two years related experience
• Understanding of human resources administrative processes
• Knowledge of office procedures and mathematical reconciliation
• Ability to use computers and office productivity software
• Legal right to work in Canada and reliable transportation
