About This Opportunity:

We’re seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on test automation and AI-driven quality assurance. You’ll collaborate with product managers and development teams to ensure high-quality releases in rapid delivery cycles.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute test automation strategies using Selenium, Cucumber, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate testing efforts, identify defects, and maintain high standards of performance.
• Utilize AI tools (including prompt engineering) to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and JIRA Cloud for test management.
• Support production releases and rapid deployment cycles.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of QA experience (5–6 years preferred).
• Strong expertise in Test Automation (Selenium is a must; Cucumber, Playwright, Jenkins are highly desirable).
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering concepts.
• Solid understanding of Agile workflows and ability to collaborate with Product Managers.
• SQL knowledge for queries and data validation.
• Experience with JIRA Cloud and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have:

• Financial services or banking industry experience.
• Production support background.
• Experience in rapid release environments.
