Job Description- We are seeking a skilled Microsoft SCCM Administrator to provide part-time operational and project support for enterprise endpoint management.
- The role will focus on SCCM administration, patching, imaging, software deployment, and endpoint compliance across Windows desktops and laptops.
- This position is ideal for an experienced IT professional looking for a flexible work schedule while supporting a stable corporate environment.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure
- Manage OS deployment, imaging, and task sequences for Windows workstations and laptops
- Deploy, patch, and update applications and operating systems using SCCM
- Monitor endpoint compliance, security updates, and patching cycles
- Troubleshoot SCCM client issues, deployment failures, and software distribution errors
- Maintain device collections, packages, and application catalogs
- Support hardware refreshes, new user setups, and device provisioning
- Generate SCCM reports for patch compliance, asset inventory, and deployment status
- Work closely with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to resolve endpoint issues
- Ensure compliance with corporate security and IT policies
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (Current Branch)
- Strong experience in OS imaging, task sequences, and Windows deployment
- Experience with Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Knowledge of software packaging, patching, and endpoint compliance
- Ability to troubleshoot SCCM client and server-side issues
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Familiarity with Power Shell scripting is a strong asset
- Understanding of ITIL-based service delivery
- Experience with Microsoft Intune / Co-Management
- Experience in enterprise or healthcare environments
- Exposure to Azure AD and endpoint security tools
