Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed automations for maximum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots and workflows.
- Create documentation for developed automations, including process maps and user guides.
- Experience with process mapping tools and business process analysis.
- Experience in change management and user training.
- Experience with Azure functions
- Experience with creating agents using Copilot studio
- Proven experience with RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate Desktop along with the Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Data Flows), Blue Prism, or UiPath.
- Experience with Java Script
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, scripting, and integration methods.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or Python.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Successful implementations of Citrix RPA Processes
- Successful implementations of Web forms scrapping and filling with various complexities
- Proficiency with APIs, web services, and data integration techniques.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.
- Certification in RPA platforms is an advantage
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 FO and Dynamics 365 Sales Integration
- Familiarity with Trimble TMW
Proven Experience In:
