Data, Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze user behaviour, campaign performance, and website metrics to drive decision‑making.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and attribution models.
  • Measure the effectiveness of experiments and campaigns to optimise spend and strategy.
Marketing Technology & System Ownership
  • Own CRM, CDP, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
  • Ensure data integrity, proper tagging, and workflow accuracy.
  • Integrate tools across marketing channels for seamless tracking and activation.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with designers, developers, content teams, and paid media teams.
  • Collaborate on website and landing page updates, campaigns, and UX improvements.
  • Provide recommendations for product or website enhancements based on user insights.
Growth Strategy & Execution
  • Identify opportunities for acquisition, engagement, and retention growth.
  • Optimise marketing campaigns across channels to maximise ROI.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Experience And Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), UX optimisation, or growth marketing roles
  • Proven experience optimising websites, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates
  • Strong background in UX/UI analysis, behavioural analytics, and experimentation frameworks
  • Hands‑on experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
  • Extensive experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms, Hub Spot knowledge is an asset
  • Experience building and optimising lifecycle, retention, email, and SMS campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analysing website metrics, user behaviour, and campaign performance
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and attribution models
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CDPs, and BI tools
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with designers, developers, content, and paid media teams
  • Experience optimising multi‑channel marketing strategies to maximise ROI
