We are looking for an experienced Net Suite Administrator/Developer to lead the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing management of our Net Suite platform. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, scripting abilities, and extensive experience in module implementation. As a key member of the IT team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and enabling operational excellence at CoolIT Systems.

• Stay current with Net Suite developments and recommend enhancements to leverage new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and align Net Suite configurations with operational needs.
• Manage and provide technical guidance to internal development resources and third-party consultants, to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Ensure system configurations align with business goals and best practices.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts using Suite Script to enhance Net Suite functionality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Net Suite administrator or architect.
• Proven expertise in Net Suite scripting (Suite Script 2.0).
• Extensive experience with module implementation, including Financials, CRM, WIP and Routing, and Inventory Management.
• Strong understanding of Net Suite architecture, workflows, custom records, and user roles.

• Net Suite certifications.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
