User Adoption & Training Lead

We’re looking for a User Adoption & Training Lead who is passionate about technology and supporting teams through change. Reporting to the Manager, Innovation, the User Adoption & Training Lead drives successful adoption of technology and process changes by managing organizational change, data governance, training, and user engagement. The User Adoption & Training Lead ensures staff can confidently and effectively use the tools, systems, and processes that support our work.

What you will do- Lead change management strategy for department initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments
- Develop and execute communication, engagement, and adoption plans
- Design and oversee training strategies and materials
- Deliver training sessions tailored to diverse teams and learning styles
- Translate technical concepts into simple, clear language for end users
- Measure adoption and readiness using qualitative and quantitative metrics
- Establish and oversee data governance frameworks, including:
- Data ownership and stewardship
- Policy alignment and compliance
- Partner with business and technology teams to embed governance into solutions
- Support release activities through coordinated change and communication planning
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in user training, onboarding, digital adoption, or related roles
- Solid understanding of change management principles and user adoption practices
- Change management and organizational development experience
- Experience in training and adult learning design
- Data governance or information management experience
- Experience supporting enterprise system adoption
- Ability to simplify complex information for non‑technical audiences
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills
- Skilled in bridging the gap between technical teams and end users
- Ability to coach users and manage expectations
- Confidence in leading governance conversations and mediating between key decision makers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
