EAM Program Manager

A Taleo client is launching a multi-year Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modernization and ERP Transition Assessment as part of a broader business transformation. We are seeking a senior Program Manager to lead strategy, planning, procurement, and readiness activities for a Maximo EAM implementation and future ERP transition.

This role will oversee cross-functional business and IT/OT work streams, guide vendor selection and solution integrator oversight, and ensure alignment with executive leadership, steering committees, and regulatory requirements. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep experience delivering complex EAM and ERP programs within regulated utility environments.

• Lead overall EAM and ERP transition strategy, roadmap, and mobilization.
• Establish governance, steering committee reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget ($10M+ programs), resources, and quality across multiple project streams.
• Ensure alignment with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and funding constraints.
• Drive discovery, requirements gathering, and architectural direction.
• Facilitate workshops to define modules, integrations, data strategy, mobile capabilities, and workflows.
• Oversee selection and governance of the System Integrator (SI).
• Define integration, migration, testing, cutover, and environment strategies.
• Establish strong SI oversight mechanisms across cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Lead procurement of IBM Maximo licensing/services and the EAM System Integrator.
• Support RFP development, evaluation, scoring, negotiations, and contract finalization.

• Define hosting strategy (cloud/on-prem/SaaS), cybersecurity, integration platforms, and data architecture.
• Coordinate across IT/OT, security, and enterprise architecture teams.

• Support evaluation, cost/schedule estimates, and regulatory submission inputs.
• Ensure alignment with future-state digital architecture.

• Lead executive and business stakeholder alignment.
• Drive organizational change management and readiness planning.

• 15+ years delivering large-scale EAM/ERP transformation programs ($10M+).
• Proven Maximo implementation experience within regulated electric utilities.
• Strong Solution Integrator oversight and multi-vendor program leadership.
• Experience with SAP and complex integration environments.
• Deep knowledge of procurement, RFP development, and contract negotiation.
• PgMP or PMP required.
• Experience leading hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) enterprise delivery models.
