Position: Senior Business Analyst to assist with an implementation of Yardi Forecast and continuous improvement of Yardi
Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with an implementation of Yardi Forecast and continuous improvement of Yardi (finance) and to help build a data mart using Yardi Data Connect
Candidates must be in Calgary. Will be in-office weekly (1 day/week). 37.5 hour work week
Must haves:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Yardi module implementations5+ years of experience in data analysis
, including business impact and risk and value analysisExperience in business intelligenceExperience producing detailed specifications for a development teamNice to haves:
Aptitude to work autonomously, make decisions daily with little supervision, and assume ownership over work assignedAbility to mentor technical and functional resourcesStrong customer service skillsPrevious work experience in the public sector or large organizationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in project management, planning, reporting and estimatingResponsibilities:
Mixed-Income Model (MIM) defines a financially sustainable and socially inclusive approach to providing perpetually affordable housingImplementation of Yardi Forecast IQ, Asset IQ, and potentially, Smart APContinuous improvement projects in Yardi, with specific focus on financeBusiness Intelligence - Our client is using Yardi Data Connect and MS Power BI. Through IT, they are building an SQL or Oracle data
