Business Analyst

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define clear, actionable requirements.
• Manage and document end-to-end external customer journeys (e.g., product selection to order placement).
• Break down business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories in Jira based on business needs and UI mockups.

Create detailed user stories with:

• Clear user actions
• Acceptance Criteria
• Definition of Done (DoD)
• Supporting mockups and diagrams (where applicable)

Develop process artifacts including:

• Process flows
• System flows
• Flowcharts
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews/Demos
• (SAFe experience is a plus)

Collaborate with UI/UX and design teams to ensure alignment between requirements and mockups.

Articulate functional and non-functional requirements clearly to Dev and QA teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and control scope creep.

Conduct gap and data analysis (SQL / Power BI preferred) to support service improvements.

Troubleshoot production issues by engaging appropriate stakeholders and facilitating resolution.

Work with APIs and understand system integrations.

Support change management initiatives.

Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity in BA deliverables.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster a collaborative working environment.

• Experience with customer-facing external web applications with Buy Flow
• Example:
  Amazon-style product selection to checkout journey
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum framework
• Writing high-quality user stories
• Functional & non-functional requirements
