In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.
Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As an Associate Service Now Developer, you will be able to:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and other methods.
- Write SQL and JavaScript to extend Service Now functionality.
- Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth deployments.
- Contribute to the development of reusable components and best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Service Now product releases and assess their potential benefits to clients.
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
- Proficiency in JavaScript (core scripting language in Service Now)
- Familiarity with web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, JSON
- Understanding of databases and SQL
- Exposure to APIs and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Basic understanding of platforms
- Awareness of ITIL framework (certification is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn emerging tools/tech
- Critical thinking, resourcefulness, growth mindset
