Our client is looking for a Sr. SailPoint Identity Management Specialist
- Security Identity AI to support issues with Service Now integration.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Management Specialist to support and stabilize our SailPoint environment. Client needs has an increasing load on SailPoint related to governance (want more automation).
Must Have's:
7+ years as a Security ConsultantStrong hands-on experience with SailPoint (Identity
IQ or Identity Now)Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and governance frameworksExperience with Service Now integration (Service Now triggering SailPoint workflows)Background in Security and Identity GovernanceApplication development experience related to IAM solutionsExperience remediating or optimizing heavily customized SailPoint environmentsNice to Have's:
Experience transitioning from customized IAM implementations to out-of-the-box functionalityExperience supporting universal onboarding/offboarding automationPrevious operational support or production support engagement experienceResponsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve current SailPoint errors and performance issuesSupport and optimize increasing governance and automation workloadsDesign and enhance universal onboarding and offboarding processesEvaluate and remediate prior customizations implemented by a third party (PwC)Transition customized functionality toward scalable out-of-the-box SailPoint capabilities where possibleImprove identity governance processes and automation maturitySupport integration between Service Now and Sail Point , including identity validation triggersCollaborate with security and application development teamsProvide operational stability and documentation for ongoing IAM processes
