Systems Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Analyst with experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP and strong expertise across Finance and Supply Chain modules to support and enhance our Oracle Cloud environment. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Calgary.

The successful candidate will bring a balanced functional and technical skill set, partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Oracle Cloud solutions while also performing hands‑on system configuration, optimization, and ongoing support.

• Partner with Finance and Supply Chain leaders to understand business needs
• Translate requirements into Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
• Perform hands‑on system configuration and updates
• Support new implementations and module rollouts

• 5+ years of functional and technical experience with Oracle Cloud ERP
• Strong hands‑on experience with Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education
• Finance or Accounting certification is considered an asset
• Comfortable working in enterprise or mid‑sized company environments
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and supply chain workflows
