Position: Senior Infrastructure Analyst with M365 Administration experience
Our client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst with M Administration experience for a contract until the end of the year.
Must Have:
5+ years experience working with M:Entra AdministrationExchange AdministrationTeams AdministrationWindows 11 Desktop ManagementWindows File and Storage Services including Distributed File ServicesWindows Server AdministrationNice to Have

Act as an initial point of contact for Service Now ticket escalation for the Infrastructure TeamEnsure all escalated Service Now tickets have all the required information needed to address the issueIf possible resolve the request prior to escalationIf not, route Service Now ticket to the appropriate Infrastructure resourceEnsure Service Now ticket has been closed and document all resolution details for further referenceDocumentation “How to” infrastructure tasksSome of these tasks could then get pushed back to SD for resolution if permissions allow otherwise this role could resolveContinue to learn and share learnings with both Infrastructure and Service DeskBuild the knowledge base for 1st and 2nd level support callsAssist with Infrastructure Operational TasksM Account management/document administration tasksBuilding and Provisioning of Virtual desktops/serversAssistance with Audio/Visual roomsSolarwinds Monitoring/AdministrationMS Exchange Resource, distribution group, security group creations, etc.Phone system management and migration from legacy phone system to Teams
