Executive Overview
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Head of Digital is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining, implementing, and governing the complete digital strategy for the Statesman Group of Companies. This position oversees all aspects of digital innovation, enterprise technology infrastructure, software architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, digital marketing technology, AI and machine learning initiatives, and future-focused technological advancements.

Enterprise Digital Strategy & Roadmap Development (Expertise to build the now yet prepare us for the future)
Technology Infrastructure & Architecture (Building our network data center)
Software Ecosystem & Integrations (Making sure our systems can talk to each other)
Data Governance, Integrity & Reporting (Assuring compliance with Canadian regulations)
Cybersecurity & Risk Management (Avoiding a successful cyber-attack)
Website & Digital Experience Oversight (Getting leads and executing on digital experience)
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Strategy (Executing on our bold vision for AI)
On-site Technical Innovation & Smart Infrastructure (Managing our network data center)
Vendor & Technology Partner Management (Sourcing and negotiating with the best partners)
