We’re on the lookout for an experienced Service Now CMDB & ITOM Lead/Solution Architect to steer CMDB design, implementation, and operationalization. This critical position requires hands-on experience with Service Now CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, particularly in greenfield implementations. You will align technical architecture with business needs and develop governance for a sustainable operational model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define target architecture for CMDB aligned with services

• Establish governance frameworks and operational processes

• Design CI hierarchy and normalization strategies

• Build CMDB from scratch following best practices

• Lead ITOM implementations for Discovery and Service Mapping

Requirements:

• Over 8 years in Service Now platform

• Expertise in CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping

• Strong knowledge of CSDM and CI modeling

• Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure systems

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
