Transform people data into impactful insights with ATCO as an Analyst in People Analytics. This role supports HR and business decisions through data integration and analysis. As a temporary Analyst on the People Analytics team, you'll play a vital role in workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Support delivery of people analytics initiatives aligned to business goals
Integrate data from various sources to interpret trends
Build and maintain dashboards for clear reporting
Assess data quality and ensure accurate outputs
Conduct research to inform workforce trends
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years in advanced analytics or data science
Experience with Power BI or analytics platforms
Solid skills in data wrangling and analysis
Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
