SaaS QA Engineer

Position: SaaS QA Engineer at Avetta
Bring your QA expertise to Avetta as a QA Engineer II, primarily focusing on SaaS applications. In this hybrid role, validate functionality and ensure top-notch quality standards in product releases.

As a key member of Avetta's Quality Assurance team, you'll collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure features adhere to specifications. You'll take ownership of your test cases, document defects, and support regression testing to maintain high software quality. The role is ideal for those with a solid background in manual testing and an emphasis on leveraging AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for requirements

• Design and execute manual tests for various scenarios

• Validate SaaS features, workflows, and user experiences

• Identify and document defects with reproduction steps

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and update testing status

Requirements:

• 3 years of QA experience in SaaS environments

• Understanding of SDLC and Agile practices

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools

• Basic SQL skills for data validation

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
