Senior Network Analyst in IT Services

Take a leading role as a Senior Network Analyst within the IT Infrastructure services team, focused on ensuring high-performance network systems. Based in Toronto or Calgary, work four days a week at the office to deploy and manage cutting-edge networking technologies.

This role requires 5–7 years of hands-on network analysis experience. You will be responsible for diagnosing LAN and SD-WAN issues, managing enterprise routing, and implementing security measures. Your expertise in Zscaler, Aruba, and Microsoft Azure will contribute to the stability and efficiency of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve network issues across various platforms

• Configure and support advanced switching technologies and firewalls

• Handle cloud networking solutions with Microsoft Azure

• Develop documentation for network processes and changes

• Utilize tools for network monitoring and alerting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Network Communications

• 5–7 years of experience in network operations

• Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CISSP)

• Knowledge of security protocols and technologies

• Familiarity with configuration management platforms
