SQL and MS SQL. Collaborate in a multi-cloud setting to shape our data ecosystem.
Based in Calgary, Alberta, you will serve as an essential link in Chata Technologies' innovative cloud-based service, chata.ai. This intermediate role requires 3–5 years of professional experience in database architecture, ensuring high availability and optimizing performance. Work closely with the Data Engineering team to enhance ETL processes and integrate data lakes for analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evolve logical data models for cloud databases
• Optimize performance and manage database instances in GCP and Azure
• Partner with Data Engineering to streamline data movement
• Fine-tune SQL queries and maintained stored procedures
• Integrate operational data with Big Query for reporting
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3–5 years in database architecture or administration
• Expertise in Postgre
SQL and MS SQL environments
• Effective cloud database management experience
• Skills in performance tuning and optimization
