This senior role within West Jet's Loyalty Technology team calls for a proactive individual with superior analytical abilities. You will lead quality assurance efforts on loyalty projects, manage defects, and streamline testing processes. Key tasks include developing test cases, executing varied types of testing, and improving QA methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional, regression, and API testing as needed
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Create detailed test plans and report on outcomes
• Identify defects and coordinate resolutions with development teams
• Automate testing processes using various tools
Requirements:
• 7-10 years as a Senior QA Analyst
• Experience with loyalty program testing preferred
• Familiarity with Azure API Manager and integration applications
• Ability to document thorough test strategies and outcomes
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
