Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete lifecycle of support tickets efficiently
• Document troubleshooting steps and communicate solutions
• Support onboarding and access management for new employees
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory using asset management tools
• Prioritize IT security protocols in a zero-trust environment
Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience in IT support or related roles
• Skilled in ticket management and end-user communication
• Knowledge of Kandji, Intune, and MDM solutions
• Experience supporting 2500+ endpoints
• Solid understanding of macOS, iOS, and Windows systems
