Position: Senior Advisor in Performance Reporting
Shape enterprise decisions as a Senior Advisor specializing in Operational Performance Reporting nsform complex data into actionable insights to enhance safety and reliability performance across the organization.

In this full-time role within the Safety & Reliability department, you will leverage 4-7 years of expertise in operational performance governance to influence senior leadership and drive continuous improvement. Your key skills in analytical thinking, communication, and reporting will be essential as you partner with analytics teams and business units for effective data synthesis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of executive-ready performance reports

• Collaborate with analytics teams for data quality assurance

• Validate data and commentary for governance reporting

• Create dashboards and scorecards to track strategy execution

• Coordinate stakeholder communications for reporting clarity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 4-7 years in governance reporting or business analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
