As a pivotal member of the Corporate Systems team, you will translate operational business requirements into effective Salesforce implementations. With a blend of administration, development, and partnership with marketing, your expertise will optimize customer journeys and enhance platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and user management
• Optimize Flows, approval processes, and custom objects
• Build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards
• Partner on integration and data governance across systems
• Enhance Marketing Cloud capabilities to support campaigns
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required
• Experience with Marketing Cloud tools and automation
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Proven track record in business analysis and stakeholder engagement
