Leveraging your extensive experience and technical skills, you will ensure high-quality deliverables and recommend improvements to client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Service Now solutions across multiple modules
• Translate requirements into scalable configurations and customizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders on development efforts
• Manage development backlog for efficient sprint execution
• Serve as a technical liaison between clients and engineering teams
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of Service Now development experience
• Proven skills in scripting and configuring Service Now applications
• 3–5 years in a consulting environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes
• Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving
