This on-site role at ATB Cormark requires a minimum of two years in tech support. You will provide excellent support for hardware and software issues while documenting solutions effectively. Collaborate with the IT team to enhance support operations and guide new hires through orientation, ensuring they’re set for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Document solutions in the knowledge base
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Conduct training sessions for new hires
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in help desk or tech support
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
